Ingredients
- 1 Yellow lemon
- 1 tsp. soup Liquid honey
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 Granny apple
- 1 Pippin apple
- 1 Golden Pommel
- 60 cl Apple nectar
Instructions
- Peel the golden and russet apples. Remove the pips, slice them in quarters, lemon them with the juice of the squeezed lemon
- Place them in the bowl of the blender with the apple nectar and start to mix
- Add the liquid honey and the cinnamon, mix with again 1 min until the preparation is homogeneous
- Wash and dry the granny apple, cut into thin slices
- Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and decorate with slices of green apple. Serve immediately.
