Apricot milkshake, easy and cheap

- 300 g Ripe apricots
- 4 Vanilla ice cream balls
- 4 Natural yogurts
- Rinse the apricots, peal them and cut the meat into cubes
- Put the diced apricots in the bowl of a blender or robot-mixer. Add vanilla ice cream and natural yogurts. Operate the device 2 min
- Divide the milkshake into glasses. Serve immediately.
TipIf you prefer a dairy-free beverage, substitute yoghurt with soy or coconut milk and vanilla ice cream with an apricot sorbet.
