  • 1 tsp. coffee Horseradish
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • 10 Surimi sticks
  • 2 Small lawyers
  • 2 Olive tomatoes
  • 3 tsp. soup Mayonnaise
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Crustless bread without crust


  1. Cut the avocado flesh into matches, lemon them. Cut the surimi sticks into strips. Scald the tomatoes for 20 seconds, peel, seed and cut into strips. Chop the lettuce leaves in chiffonade after removing the ribs
  2. Mix the mayonnaise and horseradish. Flatten slices of bread with a rolling pin. Spread them with sauce. Sprinkle with lettuce. Arrange the avocado matches, the surimi strips and the tomatoes
  3. Roll the slices of bread on tightly, then cut the four rolls in three bites.
