Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. soup Honey
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
  • 4 bananas
  • 4 tsp. coffee Thick cream
  • 80 cl Soy milk

Instructions

  1. Place 4 large glasses in the freezer. Peel the bananas and cut them into slices
  2. In the bowl of the blender, place the banana slices and the soy milk, start mixing
  3. Pour the orange juice, add a pinch of ground cinnamon
  4. Pour the preparation in the refreshed glasses. Decorate with a spoonful of cream, pour in the honey and serve immediately.
