Ingredients

  • 15 cl Milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 yogurts

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Pour them into a blender
  2. Pour the milk and yoghurt and mix until the preparation is smooth
  3. Add a few ice cubes and mix again and enjoy fresh tastes.

You can add fresh mint for an even more fragrant smoothie.
