- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Pour them into a blender
- Pour the milk and yoghurt and mix until the preparation is smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and mix again and enjoy fresh tastes.
You can add fresh mint for an even more fragrant smoothie.
