  • 1 Raspberry trays
  • 12 cl Sparkling water
  • 3 cl Cane sugar syrup
  • 4 Ice cubes


  1. For the Bellini. Reserve 6 raspberries and crush the rest with mortar and cane sugar. Spread the coulis in 6 glasses. Top with the fresh Prosecco and decorate reserved raspberries. Serve immediately
  2. For the Spritz. Put the ice cubes in a shaker, add the Aperol and the sparkling wine. Shake the contents and pour into the glasses. Fill in with sparkling water. Serve immediately.
