- 1 Fillet of olive oil
- 1 handle Young plants
- 1 Black radish
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 2 Mint sprigs
- Wash and detail the radish in thin strips in length. Cut the shrimp into cubes
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp, and the fresh cheese. Add the salad, and the mint coarsely cut
- Put a tablespoon of this mixture on the radish and roll them to obtain sausages. Hold them with spades and drizzle with olive oil.
You can replace shrimp with natural tuna or surimi to vary the recipe.
