Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 200 g Frozen raspberries
  • 200 g Ripe sugars
  • 70 cl Skimmed milk

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana, cut it into slices
  2. In the blender bowl, combine the raspberries and blackberries still frozen
  3. Pour the skim milk on the fruit, then mix the mixture to obtain a very sparkling smoothie
  4. Spread the smoothie with blackberries in 4 glasses and serve immediately with pretty straws.

Recipe Notes

You can replace the milk with orange juice.
