Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 200 g Frozen raspberries
- 200 g Ripe sugars
- 70 cl Skimmed milk
Instructions
- Peel the banana, cut it into slices
- In the blender bowl, combine the raspberries and blackberries still frozen
- Pour the skim milk on the fruit, then mix the mixture to obtain a very sparkling smoothie
- Spread the smoothie with blackberries in 4 glasses and serve immediately with pretty straws.
Recipe Notes
You can replace the milk with orange juice.
