  • 1 kg Cassis
  • 1 kg Sugar per liter of blackcurrant juice
  • 1 l Red wine per kg of currant


  1. Rinse the blackcurrants and crush them with a pestle. Make them macerate for 24 hours with the wine
  2. Spread the blackcurrants through a sieve, add the sugar and bring to the boil for 5 minutes. Let cool and add the wine. Filter
