  • 1 Pot of 150g Madame Loik cheese with salt of guerande
  • 12 Fresh shrimps
  • 12 Small blinis
  • 1 tsp. soup Flaked almonds


  1. Shred shrimp, cook on high heat in olive oil. 2 Gently mix the cheese with the mustard and espelette pepper. In a frying pan, sauté flaked almonds until golden brown. 3 Spread the blini with a pastry bag (it's more presentable) with the cheese-mustard mixture.
