Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Celery stalk
- 2 tsp. soup Honey
- 2 Granny apples
- 50 cl Apple nectar
Instructions
- Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Cut the celery into pieces
- Peel the apples, remove the stalks and cut the flesh into quarters
- Place the banana, celery and apple pieces in the bowl of the blender
- Pour the apple juice and honey, then mix finely. Spread the smoothie in 4 glasses, serve immediately.
