Coffee knocked, easy and cheap

- 1 l Coffee ice cream
- 10 cl Chocolate sauce
- 150 g Crushed ice
- 25 cl Liquid cream
- 30 cl Milk
- 50 g Icing sugar
- Beat the whipped cream. When it starts to take, incorporate the icing sugar little by little
- Divide the chocolate sauce into cups or glasses
- Place the coffee ice cream, crushed ice and cold milk in a blender. Blend until you have a homogeneous and thick mixture
- Pour the coffee over the chocolate sauce, add a tablespoon of whipped cream and serve immediately.
You can replace the whipped cream with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
