  • 1 l Coffee ice cream
  • 10 cl Chocolate sauce
  • 150 g Crushed ice
  • 25 cl Liquid cream
  • 30 cl Milk
  • 50 g Icing sugar


  1. Beat the whipped cream. When it starts to take, incorporate the icing sugar little by little
  2. Divide the chocolate sauce into cups or glasses
  3. Place the coffee ice cream, crushed ice and cold milk in a blender. Blend until you have a homogeneous and thick mixture
  4. Pour the coffee over the chocolate sauce, add a tablespoon of whipped cream and serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

You can replace the whipped cream with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
