  • 1 Fillet of olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 10 cl Milk
  • 100 g Sausage meat
  • 2 Strands of parsley
  • 20 g Flour
  • 5 Leaves of chard


  1. Wash the chard leaves and chop them with the parsley. Peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely. Mix and add the sausage meat
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the flour and milk. Add the previous preparation and mix. Season with salt and pepper
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and cook small patties of pasta for 2 minutes per side.
