Ingredients
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 100 g Flour
- 12 Sprigs of chives
- 2 tsp. soup Clotted cream
- 2 plucked Fine salt
- 20 cl Liquid cream
- 75 g Butter
- 75 g Crushed hazelnuts
- 2 plucked Fine salt
- 0,5 bag Yeast
Instructions
- Preheat the oven
- (180 ° C). Cut the butter into small pieces and let them soften at room temperature. Crush the hazelnuts, without reducing them to powder. Wash, wring and chop the sprigs of chives
- Whisk together the softened butter, eggs, crushed hazelnuts, chives and crème fraîche. Then add the flour, yeast and salt. Continue whisking to obtain a smooth dough
- Cut the goat's log into 1 cm thick slices. Pour the dough into a buttered and floured non-stick pan and gently slide the goat slices vertically into the dough. Bake for 40 minutes, checking the coloring of the cake. Turn out and let cool on a rack
- Wash, wring and chop chives. Prepare the coulis by mixing liquid cream, chopped chives, nutmeg and salt
- Serve warm or cold cake with chive sauce.
