  • 100 g Goat cheese
  • 20 g Butter
  • 30 g Acacia honey
  • 4 pancakes
  • 50 g Crushed walnuts kernels


  1. Cut pancakes in half
  2. On half pancake, drop down a spoon of goat cheese
  3. Spoon a little honey, sprinkle with walnuts and fold the pancake in half to obtain a long rectangle
  4. Fold the pancake into small triangles tight, close by sliding the last piece of pancake into the fold
  5. Do the same until all the ingredients are gone
  6. Heat a pan with the butter. Sauté the samosas a few minutes on each side
  7. Serve hot, dipped in a sauce of your choice.

Recipe Notes

You can obviously vary the toppings! Choose cheeses with a pronounced flavor, such as blues , brie de Meaux, reblochon ... it will only be better!
