Ingredients
- 1 tsp. soup Cinnamon powder
- 1 clove Vanilla
- 150 g Granulated sugar
- 6 cl Old amber rum
- 60 cl Whole milk
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil with the vanilla bean split in half lengthwise
- At the same time, beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until the mixture is white
- Pour the warm vanilla milk in a net over the yolks and the beaten sugar, while still beating. Stir in the rum, stirring gently with a spoon and spread in large glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.
