Ingredients
- 1 l ½ skimmed milk
- 10 cl Clotted cream
- 150 g Chocolate pastry
- 2 tsp. soup Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Cut the chocolate into squares. In a saucepan, heat the milk until it simmers, then add the cocoa powder. Whisk until the mixture is homogeneous
- Add the chocolate squares as you go. Once these are well melted, add the thick cream and serve in cups immediately.
Recipe Notes
For the greediest, add a spoonful of whipped cream on top of the hot chocolate.
