  • 1 Box of lychees in syrup
  • 1 Bottle of Champagne rosé very cool
  • 12 raspberries
  • 2 tsp. soup Raspberry syrup


  1. Drain the lychees and heat the syrup
  2. Out of the heat, add the rosebuds and the raspberry syrup. Let it steep until completely cooled
  3. Pour into a carafe then add raspberries and lychees. Book fresh
  4. When serving, add Champagne.
