Ingredients
- 1 Glass of mango juice
- 2 tsp. soup Caster sugar
- 2 kiwis
- 5 Ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces. Book 1 slice for decoration
- Place a large glass in the refrigerator during preparation time
- Mix the sliced fruit with the mango juice and sugar for 30 seconds to obtain a smooth preparation. Crush the ice cubes with a hammer and place them in a cloth
- Pour the smoothie onto the crushed ice cubes in the chilled glass, decorate the rim of the glass with a slice of kiwi before serving.
Recipe Notes
Kiwi mousse. Whisk in a bowl 400 g drained white cheese with 100 g brown sugar. Whisk 100 g whipping cream into firm whipped cream, then stir in cottage cheese. Pour into ramekins and reserve in the freezer. Peel 4 kiwis, slice 2. Mix the others with 1 lemon juice and 30 g icing sugar. Book fresh. Unmould the mousses on the plates, sprinkle with 30 g of brown sugar, arrange the slices of kiwis. Surround with a bead of grout and serve.
