  • 1 l Alcohol for liqueur at 95 °
  • 10 Organic lemons
  • 600 g Sugar


  1. Wash and remove the zest of the lemons, that is to say only the yellow part (the white, which is called the ziste, would make the liqueur bitter). Put them in a large container with the alcohol and leave for 10 days stirring occasionally. 2 Over the past 10 days, prepare the syrup: boil the water with the sugar for 5 minutes over medium heat. Let cool. Meanwhile, remove the lemon zest from the container to keep only the alcohol. Unite the syrup with alcohol. Mix well and leave for two hours. 3 Place the mixture in a bottle, taking care to filter the liquid. Let stand for a week then put in the freezer. Serve well fresh.
