- 1 Bottle of champagne
- 1 Small box of lychees in syrup
- 10 g Chopped ginger
- 20 cl Lychee alcohol
- In a carafe, pour litchi alcohol and chopped ginger. Let infuse for 30 minutes
- Pour the champagne well chilled. Cut the lychees into 4 and divide some pieces in the bottom of cut champagne
- Pour the preparation on lychees and taste immediately.
If you do not have champagne, replace it with a sparkling vouvray or a dry burgundy crémant.
