- 1 bag Chemical yeast
- 1 Greek yoghurt
- 100 g Flour

- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and let the dough rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator. 2 Oil a pan and heat it over medium heat; pour small piles of dough spacing them. 3 When making holes, you can turn them over. Proceed in the same way until the dough is used up. Garnish your blini with a mixture of mascarpone and horseradish and slices of smoked salmon for example.
