  • 1 Big pickle
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 Mozzarella balls
  • 2 tsp. soup Pesto
  • 2 slices Cheddar
  • 2 slices soft bread
  • 4 Basil leaves
  • 4 slices Bayonne ham


  1. Peel and slice the onion. Slice the pickle
  2. With a bowl, cut the slices of bread into a circle. Put the bread disks to toaster. When bread is toasted, add a slice of cheddar cheese and melt for 2 minutes
  3. Line each bowl with 2 slices of Bayonne ham, add 2 basil leaves and place a mozzarella ball in the center
  4. Dig the mozzarella with spoon, remove a little and garnish with pesto. Close the mozzarella, pepper but do not salt. Fold the ham over the cheese, crushing it slightly
  5. On the cheddar toasts, put onion and pickle slices. Return the cheddar bread to the mozzarella, press well and return to a serving plate. Do the same with the second bowl.
