Ingredients
- 1 tsp. soup Liquid honey
- 2 Vanilla ice cream balls
- 80 cl Fresh skim milk
Instructions
- If you use fresh peaches, peel them, then remove the kernel and cut them into wedges. If you use peaches in syrup, drain them
- Put the fruit in the blender bowl. Add the fresh skim milk, vanilla ice cream and liquid honey
- Blend until smooth
- Spread the smoothie in 4 glasses, serve immediately.
