Ingredients

  • 16 cl Fresh coconut milk
  • 16 cl White rum
  • 4 tsp. coffee Clotted cream
  • 8 cl Dark rum

Instructions

  1. In a bottle with a wide neck and screw cap, pour both rum, fresh pineapple juice and fresh coconut milk
  2. Close the bottle cap and shake it as if using a shaker bartender
  3. Add the cream and shake again, the mixture should be frothy
  4. Spread the pina colada in glasses previously frosted in the freezer. Serve immediately with ice cubes.

Recipe Notes

To add a tangy touch to this cocktail, add the juice of a squeezed lime when mixing the liquids. Decorate with a nice zest of lime.
