  • 1 Onion
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 Strands of parsley
  • 6 Potatoes
  • 70 g Flour


  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Steam them for 15 minutes. Peel and chop the onion
  2. In a salad bowl, mix the meat with the onion, chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper and add the mashed potatoes. Detail the preparation in pellets then roll them in the flour
  3. Beat the eggs and add the meatballs to coat them. Then pass them in breadcrumbs. Immerse the meatballs in a hot fryer then drain them and taste immediately.
