Ingredients
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 1 bag Chemical yeast
- 10 cl Milk
- 125 g Cream cheese
- 250 g Flour
- 30 g Butter
Instructions
- Peel and cut the squash into cubes. Steam it for 10 minutes. In a frying pan, fry the butter and brown the squash for 3 minutes
- Add the cream cheese and crush it with a fork. Salt, pepper and add the cumin. Leave on low heat for 10 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 6/7 th (200 ° C). In a bowl, beat the eggs then add the flour, yeast and milk. Then add the squash and mix
- Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Let cool before eating.
