- 1 Banana
- 500 g blackberry
- 80 cl Cold milk
- Peel and cut banana into pieces
- Wash and drain blackberries. Mix them, then filter them
- Mix together cold milk, banana and blackberry juice. Serve and enjoy very fresh.
Do not hesitate to add some ice cubes to your preparation to taste it well frozen.
