Ingredients

  • 2 Dill sprigs
  • 3 slices Fine white ham
  • 3 slices Fine smoked salmon
  • 4 Buckwheat pancakes

Instructions

  1. pread the cheese over the pancakes. Stack 2 crêpes, spread the slices of ham and roll while squeezing. Wrap with stretch film
  2. Repeat the same process with smoked salmon and add chopped dill. Refrigerate until ready to serve
