Ingredients

  • 10 Crushed walnuts kernels
  • 100 g Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g Roquefort in small pieces
  • 5 cl Oil
  • 5 cl Milk
  • 5 g Chemical yeast
  • 75 g Bacon smoked matches

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven without the grill to 200 ° C.

  2. Combine eggs, flour and yeast. 

  3. Stir in the milk and oil, then the blue cheese, the nuts and the bacon. Salt and pepper. 

  4. Place the mini-cake mold on the oven rack and spread the mixture in the cells.
