- 10 Crushed walnuts kernels
- 100 g Flour
- 2 eggs
- 30 g Roquefort in small pieces
- 5 cl Oil
- 5 cl Milk
- 5 g Chemical yeast
- 75 g Bacon smoked matches
Preheat the oven without the grill to 200 ° C.
Combine eggs, flour and yeast.
Stir in the milk and oil, then the blue cheese, the nuts and the bacon. Salt and pepper.
Place the mini-cake mold on the oven rack and spread the mixture in the cells.
