- 1 Fillet of olive oil
- 100 g ricotta
- 200 g frozen spinach
- 4 Lasagna leaves
- In a large volume of boiling salted water, immerse the lasagna as indicated on the package
- In a bowl, heat the spinach in the microwave for 10 minutes. Press them to remove as much water as possible. Mix with the crumbled ricotta. Season with salt and pepper
- Put the spinach stuffing on the lasagna sheets and roll them. With a large knife, cut slices, hold them with spades
- In a pan, brown in olive oil 1 min per side and enjoy!
Serve these roulades as an aperitif with an Italian cocktail.
