  • 1 Fillet of olive oil
  • 100 g ricotta
  • 200 g frozen spinach
  • 4 Lasagna leaves


  1. In a large volume of boiling salted water, immerse the lasagna as indicated on the package
  2. In a bowl, heat the spinach in the microwave for 10 minutes. Press them to remove as much water as possible. Mix with the crumbled ricotta. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Put the spinach stuffing on the lasagna sheets and roll them. With a large knife, cut slices, hold them with spades
  4. In a pan, brown in olive oil 1 min per side and enjoy!
