1 Wash fruits and citrus fruits. Cut the apples into small cubes keeping the skin, slice the citrus fruit into slices and then half-moons. 2 Place the fruits and citrus fruit in a nice salad bowl, sprinkle with powdered sugar and ground cinnamon. 3 Cover with orange juice, lemon juice and red wine. Reserve the sangria at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.4 Place the empty glasses in the freezer for a few minutes to cool them. At the last moment pour the sangria into the refreshed glasses and serve immediately.
