  • 1 Bottle of rosé wine
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 40 g Granulated sugar


  1. Wash the citrus fruits under a trickle of fresh water and dry them gently. Cut into slices and cut into regular cubes
  2. Put them in a large bowl and cover them with powdered sugar. Pour the rosé wine and the grapefruit juice and the melon syrup
  3. Glide in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours so that the rosé becomes imbued with the perfume of the macerated fruits. Serve chilled.
