  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 tsp. soup Sugar
  • 1 Pink grapefruit
  • 1 Perry
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tsp. soup Grenadine syrup
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 Apples
  • 75 cl Sparkling water


  1. Peel the apples and the pear. Take the core and cut the fruit into cubes. Put them in a bowl, cover them with sugar and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Wash and dry the citrus fruits. Slice them into thin, regular slices
  2. In a large pitcher or salad bowl, pour orange juice, 25 cl sparkling water and grenadine syrup. Add the fruits and citrus fruits, mix gently with a ladle. Deposit the cinnamon stick and reserve the sangria in a cool place for at least 3 hours while the juice soaks in the scent of the fruit
  3. When serving, pour the remaining sparkling water into the sangria. Serve in glasses previously refreshed in the freezer, with ice cubes if it is very hot.

Recipe Notes

You can replace the pears with other fruits, such as lychee or pineapple cubes.
