Tapenade without anchovies, easy and cheap

- 1 tsp. coffee capers
- 150 g Pitted black olives
- Rinse the olives and drain them
- Chop them more or less finely, then add the capers, olive oil and pepper
- Arrange the tapenade in a bowl and serve on a small toast of bread .
It also works with green olives!
