  • 1 tsp. coffee capers
  • 150 g Pitted black olives


  1. Rinse the olives and drain them
  2. Chop them more or less finely, then add the capers, olive oil and pepper
  3. Arrange the tapenade in a bowl and serve on a small toast of bread .
