  • 1 tsp. soup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. soup Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp. soup Soya sauce
  • 1 Small bouquet of dill
  • 150 g Salmon fillet without skin
  • 3 tsp. soup Olive oil
  • 8 slices Long country bread
  • 0,25 Lemon
  • 0,5 tsp. coffee Balsamic vinegar


  1. Chop the salmon with a knife, marinate for 1 hour in the fridge with brown sugar, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and olive oil
  2. Brown the sesame seeds 2 min. In a pan. Remove the lemon peel, cut the pulp into cubes
  3. Grill the slices of country bread, cover them with marinated salmon, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and lemon cubes, and finish with a sprig of dill. Keep fresh until ready to serve.
