- 1 Slice of bread
- 10 cl Milk
- 150 g Clotted cream
- 16 slices Rye bread
- 2 Green lemons
- Remove the crust around the slice of bread. Soak the bread in the milk. Squeeze ½ lemon to collect the juice
- Remove the skin from the cod pouch. Crush the eggs with a fork, add the bread topped with milk, the cream and the lemon juice. Mix everything and book cool
- Remove the rind of slices of rye bread with a saw blade. Slice the remaining lemons into thin slices and cut them in half
- Spread each slice of tarama bread and serve with ½ slice of lemon.
You can replace limes with lemons.
