  • 1 Slice of bread
  • 10 cl Milk
  • 150 g Clotted cream
  • 16 slices Rye bread
  • 2 Green lemons


  1. Remove the crust around the slice of bread. Soak the bread in the milk. Squeeze ½ lemon to collect the juice
  2. Remove the skin from the cod pouch. Crush the eggs with a fork, add the bread topped with milk, the cream and the lemon juice. Mix everything and book cool
  3. Remove the rind of slices of rye bread with a saw blade. Slice the remaining lemons into thin slices and cut them in half
  4. Spread each slice of tarama bread and serve with ½ slice of lemon.

Recipe Notes

You can replace limes with lemons.
