  • 1 Brushed whole truffle
  • 16 Scallops with coral
  • 2 tsp. soup Olive oil
  • 8 Baguette washers
  • 8 slices Bacon


  1. Grill the bacon in a nonstick skillet. Keep it warm
  2. Rinse and blot the scallops with their coral. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet and brown the scallops
  3. Cut the truffle into 16 slices and slip them into each scallop cut in the thickness
  4. Serve each walnut placed on a slice of toasted bread and topped with grilled bacon.

Recipe Notes

The truffle is here optional: if you do not have one, forget it. But in this case, use olive oil scented with truffle.
