Ingredients

- 200 g Fresh violets
- 475 g Caster sugar
Instructions
- Make a syrup by dissolving the sugar in 17
- cl of water over medium heat. Let cool. 2 Remove the stems and stamens from the violets to keep only the petals. Infuse them in the brandy for 6 minutes. Filter them. 3 Mix the syrup with the brandy flavored with violet. Bottle and seal tightly. 4 Let it age before tasting.
