- 1 Pineapple
- 1 clove Vanilla
- 1 Mango
- 1 Granny apple
- 1,5 l Apple juice
- 30 cl Rum
- Wash and cut the apple in strips then peel the mango and pineapple in quarters
- In a salad bowl, put the fruit and vanilla cut in half lengthwise then pour the apple juice and rum
- Marinate for 1 hour and serve chilled.
Decorate the glasses with mint leaves.
