  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 Dozen nuts


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
  2. Cut the sheep's cheese into cubes. Crush the nuts roughly. Mix everything and divide into 8 equal parts
  3. Melt the butter
  4. Cut the pastry sheets into 2 so that you have 8 half circles. Brush a half sheet with the melted butter. Arrange a spoonful of the ewe mixture and fold into a rectangle shape. Do so with all the pastry sheets
